Cornwall's oldest inn, this 12th century village pub with a garden does some lovely meals in the evening such as St Just sirloin steak with tomato fondue, crispy belly of St Buryan pork with chorizo and haricot bean stew or saute of Cornish free range chicken with roasted garlic. The lunch selection may include haddock and chips and rib-eye of Cornish beef, and there is a decent range for children including penne with Bolognese or pesto, pizza or simple sandwiches.
