Rick Stein's flagship restaurant right by the harbour where the fish comes in. The food is fabulously fresh, the service is excellent, and more relaxed and friendly than you might expect. Reassuringly expensive, and you must book. They also offer 20 rooms, some with views over the estuary. Recommended for the quality of the food, the location and the welcome.
