Tremendously interesting stretch, along the Loe Bar, the Gunwalloe Cove and Church Cove, Polurrian Cove, then Mullion Cove. After that, the Lizard National Nature Reserve takes you to the Lizard via the spectacular Kynance Cove, and an abundance of flowery grasslands

Points of Interest

Recommended because of the extraordinary Kynance Cove which is well worth lingering over - rock stacks and islands which have fierce spume at high tide, and offer spooky beach wanderings at low tide.

But this stretch is also worthwhile for the lovely flowery grassland walks at the top of the cliffs, and the coves to the north of Kynance.
