A 13th century inn with cob walls and a thatched roof, but it does involve a half mile detour - though the stretch of path between Clovelly and Westwood Ho! has little refreshment on offer. The inn has acres of garden and a colourful smuggler history - plus a huge range of wines (220 bins).
