The two starred restaurants are The Elephant on the waterfront in Torquay, and the luxurious Orestone Hotel which is in the rural ourskirts to the north of Torquay, close to the south west coastal path and with views of the sea. This stretch also offers terrific and constant views of Torbay which, on a warm day, reminds the walker of the Mediterranean.
