Once a smugglers' den, this creeper clad 15th century inn is very close to Studland Bay. Bar meals (average main course £9.50) and restaurant. It specialises in fresh fish but also offers game casserole, noisettes of lamb and spicy pork in chilli, coriander and caper sauce. The annual beer festival in the gardens feature 60 ales plus music and Morris dancing.
